Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rapidoft Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the DenAI mobile application (the “App”). By using DenAI, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
DenAI is operated by Rapidoft Studio, a company based in Pakistan. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at rapidoftstudio@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name and email.
- Photos you upload: the room images you submit to be redesigned.
- Generated images: the AI-redesigned images the App produces for you.
- Purchase information: your subscription tier and entitlement/transaction status, and a store identifier, processed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play. We never receive your full payment-card details.
- Usage & device data: app version, device and operating-system information, IP address, generation/token counts, and diagnostic or crash data.
- Email delivery data: your email address and one-time codes sent for sign-in (delivered via Resend).

4. Third-party service providers
We share the minimum data needed with the following providers, who process it on our behalf or in connection with the service:

When you generate a design, your photo is sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) solely to produce your result. The provider may cache the image briefly to deliver the output. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train our own AI models.
5. International data transfers
Some of our providers are located outside your country, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Uploaded photos and generated images are retained so you can access them in your history, and are deleted when you delete them or your account. Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations. Our AI provider retains images only briefly to deliver results.
7. Your rights (GDPR / EU & UK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
8. Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email rapidoftstudio@gmail.com.
9. Account & data deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the App: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, uploaded photos, and generated images. You may also request deletion by emailing rapidoftstudio@gmail.com. Limited records may be retained where required by law; residual copies in backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.
10. Children
DenAI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, private storage, and restricted server-side access to keys and secrets. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
