Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your DenAI account and the data associated with it.
Delete your account from within the app (fastest)
- Open the DenAI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email rapidoftstudio@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify and process your request.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, display name).
- The room photos you uploaded.
- The AI-generated images in your history.
- Your token / usage records.
What may be retained
Purchase and transaction records may be kept where required for accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on our normal backup cycle (within 30 days). Subscriptions are billed by Google Play / Apple — manage or cancel those in your store account.
To prevent abuse of our free-credit offer, we retain only a one-way hashed form of your email (which cannot be reversed to identify you), used solely to stop the same email from repeatedly claiming free credits.
